As the 4th generation born Victorian, Janine has an extensive knowledge of historical facts & stories of this beautiful British influenced city and its surrounding islands. Janine has spent most of her life building careers and successful business's, and has an inquisitive passion for education, nature, art and traveling world wide. Having a strong work ethic was influence by her parent's experience in construction and entrepreneurial backgrounds that taught Janine how to become an expert in her everyday real estate transactions, along with her strong communication and negotiations skills. She has an eye for detail, along with her standards for honesty and integrity that helps her deliver with a straight forward approach. All in all, Janine knows laborious hard work at its core.
